A: We generally do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with an item you have purchased from us, we will consider it on a case- by-case basis. If you have a concern, please reach out via our Contact form, email us at or send us a DM (direct message) via our Instagram or Facebook pages. We will do our best to resolve any issues.

A: Non handmade items (fabric/notions/DIY items), ship within 2- 4 business days. Handmade items (dolls/pillows/totes/appliques/anything that has to be created by hand), ship within 5-10 business days. The item description will contain ship time, so be sure to read through. Production time is counted from the day after your order is placed. Please add an additional 1-5 days for transit time, which depends on your zip code.  All items ship using USPS First Class and Priority Mail. After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will also receive a shipment confirmation email, with tracking information. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered “business days.” For orders placed over the weekend, processing time starts on the following business day. Additional questions? Contact us here.

Yes! How do you get one? It’s pretty easy! We offer a 15% discount on your first order if you subscribe to our email list. You can do that here. After you have purchased anything from us, you can ALWAYS receive a discount on subsequent orders. Check the “Thank You” card that comes with your order for the code. ALL orders over $75 ship FREE, an additional savings of over 10%.
