A: It depends. We do not accept returns on face masks. Measurements are listed, and face masks can be adjusted and the fit customized using the elastic straps. Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept any returns, NO exceptions.

Returns for all other items will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern, please ask. We will do our best to address any issues.

A: Current production time is 3-5 business days. Production time is counted from the day after your order is placed. Please add an additional 1-5 days for transit time, which depends on your zipcode. Please keep in mind there may also be carrier delays due to Covid-19. All items ship using USPS First Class and Priority Mail. After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will also receive a shipment confirmation email, with tracking information. Saturday and Sunday are not considered “business days.” For orders placed over the weekend, processing time starts on the following business day.

We currently offer three sizes.

Measurements are listed below:

Standard Adult

  • (W) 8.25in x (H) 8in – fully expanded
  • (W) 8.25in x (H) 4in – pleated / flat

 

Small / Medium

  • (W) 7.5in x (H) 6in – fully expanded
  • (W) 7.5in x (H) 3.5in – pleated / flat

 

Child

  • (W) 6in x (H) 6in fully expanded
  • (W) 6in x (H) 2.75in – pleated / flat

Our face masks are technically three pieces of fabric, but two layers. The outer layer, and two pieces that form the filter pocket. The filter pocket does overlap in the center of the mask, so there are about 2.25 inches where the mask is three layers. The face masks do NOT automatically come with a nose wire, however, if you would like us to add one, it is an add-option on each mask listing. We do NOT include filters with the masks.
